How Will I View And Purchase My Images?
We will arrange a presentation a few days after your portrait session to view your projected images at the studio. All decision makers should be present, as your portrait selections will be made at this time. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of your portrait session.
What About Proofs?
Proofs are a by-product of photographing with film. We have been capturing our images digitally for many years now. Thus, there are neither proofs to view nor purchase.
When Will My Products Be Ready?
Your order consists of custom produced products. Several technicians and artisans will take part in creating your finished art. Depending on the finish you have chosen, your images may be cropped, retouched, printed, art worked, texturized, sealed, mounted and possibly canvassed and framed. With all of these important steps being taken, please allow approximately 3 weeks for Table Top Portraits and 4 weeks for Wall Decor Portraiture. We will notify you by phone, mail or email as soon as your order is ready. Please note that express services may include a 50% rush charge.
What If I Need My Order Shipped?
For those unable to pick-up their orders in person, we will gladly ship them within the US. The shipping, handling, and insurance fee for mailed portraits, albums, frames, etc. is an amount equal to 13% of the order total with a $10 minimum and a $70 maximum charge.
Is It Possible To Place A Reorder?
Image files used in producing portraits from the initial order are archived for five years. Portrait prices will follow the most recent price list when reorders are placed.
What Is A Copyright?
Every Ollar Photography portrait is copyright protected. Federal Copyright Law expressly prohibits the copying of any professional image. This includes copying by photographic process, photocopier, copy stations, or scanning into any computer. Please note that all of our portraits are also either hand signed or embossed with our studio’s name.
How Can I Give The Gift Of A Portrait Session?
Our gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. Gift certificates are available in a variety of amounts of $100 or more. For your convenience, you may order online, come into our studio or order by phone. Please be sure to include the recipient’s name and address when you place your order.
